Animals within the practice building are not allowed due to health reasons, except in the case of support Dogs.

Communication Policy

Communication via telephone and normal mail is standard; however, email is discouraged due to its insecure nature. Appointment requests by email are not accepted nor acknowledged.

Patient Privacy Policy

The practice undertakes to keep all information provided to us strictly confidential. Doctors and staff cannot discuss family members and friends (except in the case of a minor) Please do not ask. All staff are bound by a confidentiality agreement. Information will only be released with a signed written consent. Our Privacy Policy describes how we use your information, and your right to access your records.

Patient opinion is very important to us. Please feedback any suggestions or complaints you have. This can be done by asking to speak with your doctor or the Practice Manager, or placing your feedback in the suggestion box at reception.
